use power produced by diesel generators because of the instability of mains electricity. It is estimated that 

more than 500 million communication base stations use diesel generators, of which greatly erode the 

profitability of operators.


In some parts of Africa, the price of fuel is as high as $1 per liter. It can't afford when communication base 

stations run 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Moreover, the frequent maintenance of diesel generators also
